| The Marlborough Women’s Club is a great place to have fun, meet other women, and find out what’s going on about town. We have a good time working together when we’re volunteering and raising money for the club. We also like to get together once in a while and do something “Just for Fun”.

Some of our social activities are for members only, while some include spouses, significant others, and friends, and some are for the whole family.Here's a picture from the Halloween Hayride, which we have every fall.

| The MWC sponsors several events which provide service to the community. These events give us the chance to work together and help others, while having a great time!

| We are extremely proud each year to offer a $1500 scholarship to a local graduating high school senior. We review applications and select a recipient who is awarded our scholarship at the graduation ceremony. Each year we receive many worthy, hard working applicants that make us realize just how successful our local teens are.
|
For our Book-a-Baby/Book-a-Grad program, we donate children or teen appropriate books to the Richmond Memorial Library in the name of each new baby born to a member of the club, or each child completing a significant year in their school career.

Some of our other past/future service projects are :
Bingo, Valentines and Christmas Carols at the Marlborough Health Care Center
Coordinating Tags for Tots and Teens, which helps provide gifts for less fortunate children in our town and surrounding community around the holiday season.
Creating ABC Quilts for babies born with AIDS and other diseases.
Organizing a spring entertainment show for kids during spring vacation week.
Sponsoring A Car Seat Safety Day with Ct Safe Kids.
Assembling Holiday baskets for families in town who need a little extra help.
